I bought a wine cooler for my husband's birthday in August, however it arrived with a bump. We have been trying to return the product ever since. It's been almost 2 months of sending emails, in which Create asks us to send pictures of the damaged product over and over again, and with no final resolution whatsoever. The last email said they would proceed with the return however we haven't heard from them since. The wine cooler has been standing in the middle of my bedroom for 2 months which is super inconvenient and communication with Create is the worst. I'll never buy anything from them again.
