I attempted to place an order three times at a promotional price, and each time it was "lost" without any valid explanation. The support team's lack of empathy is astounding. There's no guidance, no accountability, and no willingness to assist. Communicating with them feels like talking to a wall—they make you feel like a nuisance for expecting them to fulfill their promises. It's now clear that their promotional "deals" are nothing but a scam. They lure you in with attractive prices, cancel your order at their convenience, and then have the nerve to suggest: "Just reorder at the higher price." That’s not a solution; it’s exploitation. They refuse to honor their prices, manipulating your time and money until you either concede or pay more. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
