I made contact with CreateAutomation via the online chat portal initially after seeing the Sonos product I was after advertised on their site.
I must admit I’d purchased it within 5 minutes of chatting which is either strong sales pitch or I was desperate . Joking aside, this was the cheapest I found the product and they were extremely kind enough to recommend and supply the wiring I needed as part of the package. From ordering to it actually arriving on my doorstep can be no more than 20 hours apart, astonishing service all round.
I can’t wait to get my new speakers plumbed in, once again thank you and genuinely can’t speak highly enough of this company.

I have no hesitation in writing a review for Mark and Gill who head up create automation. My experience and interaction has been first class from my initial discussions with Mark, through the layouts for my house, the products recommended, delivery and after-sales advice.It would have been so easy to let the budget run away on this project and Mark could have easily sold me many many more products than i actually required to give me the sound and feel I wanted for the house - but Mark and Gill put together the correct specification and array of amps, speakers, soundbars and accessories that were "RIGHT" for what i required without buying items for the sake of it.I have exchanged countless emails and been given expert advise at ever juncture during the whole process - and Mark/Gill even went so far as to source an installer in my area, as we are quite away from Create Automation's location.No hesitation in returning to Create Automation with anything else we may need and will certainly use Mark and Gill on any future projects we have.

Contacted Create Automation for help selecting a Sonos multiroom system for my new extension.Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mark who assisted from the initial contact and concept right through the process, including some set-up tweaks to customise the audio playback on the lounge surround sound system.The Sonos products recommended is amazing and the support throughout the entire process has been 1st class - if I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.Look forward to working with Mark and the team again on phase 2 of our project in the next few months.Massive thanks to all involved, 1 very happy customer here
I was lucky to have been put in touch with Create Automation to provide me with what I would describe as the highest quality system (Sonos) for mt recently renovated house in London. It was a pleasure to communicate by email and by phone with Mark Smith who is a real expert in his field and was able to provide me with all the information I needed about Sonos and its advanced technology. Mark emailed me very efficiently on a Monday morning after I tried on the Sunday evening to use their Chat service which I was not expecting anyone to answer that late on a Sunday evening, to ensure I had what I needed immediately. I cannot recommend Create Automation enough to anyone who is seeking high standards of customer care.
