I ordered a hoodie last month that was marked as delivered last week, but it never showed up. I checked my mailbox, front door, and even asked neighbors, but it’s missing. I contacted the support team and got no response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I won't be using this service again and cannot recommend it.

Customer service is terrible, and return policies are misleading. While the products may be good, the hassle of dealing with customer service for exchanges or returns isn't worth it. The 'ineligible for return' policy wasn't disclosed before purchase, leading to the need for a credit card dispute.
I ordered a couple of shorts during a sale, and they were much smaller than the sizing chart indicated. Tried to exchange them via the website, but it was a 'final sale.' When I contacted customer service, they said I could return one color but not the other, despite them being the same style in basic colors. Makes perfect sense (sarcasm).

I attempted to write a review four times on their website, but it was so buggy that I had to come here instead. Just like the quality, their website experience is lacking. I used to be an avid supporter of this brand and bought four pairs of shorts expecting the quality I loved years ago. Now, all my shorts from two months ago are ripping at the seams. I'm shocked and disappointed. Please steer clear.
The sizing is significantly off. XL fits more like a Medium to Large. They don't inform you at the time of purchase that many products aren't returnable, and the shorts are quite expensive. I'm pretty disappointed, honestly. I had high hopes for these. I would have easily returned them and bought more if they allowed returns.
