Creation did not take two payments from my account during the interest free period. Had I not noticed it would have cost me money in interest (the whole point in taking advantage of interest free credit in my John Lewis purchase was to have the benefit of spreading payments over a period, while paying everything before interest was charged). I happened to check my account and noticed two payments had not been taken - I immediately cleared the balance with 1 day to spare prior to an interest charge being incurred. Please take note when considering Creation as a finance option. I think they are not transparent, so beware, keep a close eye on payments through the agreement term. I would not use this company again.
