Taking advantage of the interest free option via Creation to purchase an iPhone. Everything was going smoothly, my application was accepted by Creation but unfortunately their website crashed right at the end and my purchase was cancelled. I was then unable to repurchase the iPhone as Creations website asked me to call a number. When I was able to speak to Creation I assured the block would be removed. I waited 24 hours only for the block to still be in place. When I eventually spoke to Creation’s customer services team I was advised my application had been rejected due to information being received from Experian. They were unable to provide any further information. This was clearly nonsense as my application had been approved previously and I have an excellent credit rating via Experian. The issue was their website. Others have had the same experience. Avoid using Creation. Absolutely useless with non existent customer service.

On 13.12.2025, I visited the Currys store located at Northampton 4A, Nene Valley Retail Park, Northampton NN1 1ET.
I decided to buy my husband a phone as a Christmas gift. I chose the Samsung S25 Ultra and arranged financing through Creation.
The sales assistant informed me that there was a promotion at the time and that I would receive a free screen protector for the phone. I agreed. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that I had been charged £40 for the screen protector, which I had been told would be free.
On 15.12.2025, my husband began using the phone and discovered that the battery drained completely after approximately six hours of use.
On the same day, 15.12.2025, I returned to Currys and requested to return the phone because the battery life was very poor and it was discharging far too quickly. An employee informed me that they needed to carry out some tests. I agreed.
After completing the tests, I was told that they could not accept the return because they had not found anything wrong with the phone.
I then asked to speak with the manager. A lady, whom I believe was named Erika, came to speak with us. She stated that they have an internal policy that does not allow returns once a product has been opened. She was very impolite and raised her voice at us.
I then asked what my options were if I no longer wanted the phone. She said they could send it to Samsung for repair or I could continue using it as it was. I felt this was very unfair.
She then provided me with a signed and dated document stating that tests had been carried out and that there was nothing wrong with the phone, despite my explanation that the battery was draining within approximately six hours.
The following day, I contacted Creation and explained the situation. I also called Currys and submitted a formal complaint.
After eight weeks, I received an email from Creation confirming that the store had accepted the return of the phone. This happened after eight weeks of stress, during which I was unable to use the phone but continued to make payments for a product I could not use.
I would like to express my gratitude to Creation for their assistance. However, I would also like to formally raise my concern regarding the very unpleasant experience I had with the store manager, who did not demonstrate appropriate communication skills, respect toward customers, or professionalism in handling the situation.

Had been experiencing issues logging in using both the app and website. Spoke to Mariam A, she worked some magic and within about 10 to 15 mins was able to log in and view my info. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Had creation account for number of years always found them to be excellent and helpful. Ap kept inviting me to take a loan so decided to try. First time I had issue with no ID as I was waiting for my liecence to be returned but second time very easy only complaint is only being able to tick one reason for loan. Hence loss of one star. Will edit if I have any issues receiving funds as application done on weekend. But so far no complaints. I've always liked their ap clear,easy to use.

I have had my flexi account for many years and have purchased lots of items. Whether in store or on line, it is very easy. Choose your item and put it through, I would also suggest taking out cover for your item, price depends on your purchase. Curry's terms are very good for fault's, damage,breakdown etc. Like for like if they cannot repairs, believe me it's worth it and this amount is spread over the same period of interest free months.

A very robotic cold complaints handler who completely ignored points like I hadn't received emails or I had had 10 previous agreements with Creation.
No interest in keeping my business.
I have closed the account and won't use them again.

Nice enough company to deal with but very poor communication, all very one sided. They will email you but very hard wok to get hold of them. Try Google ing there contact details or try contacting them through a link , or replying and follow the process through if you fancy a challenge 😉 .
