Exceptional customer support - the best I've ever encountered. Faced some issues with the manufacturer, but the service was responsive, supportive, and quick to resolve the matter. The product is beautifully crafted, high quality, and matches what was displayed online. We ordered a cake stand along with our dining and coffee tables; one of the slabs arrived damaged, but we promptly received a replacement. I used the chat feature, which connected me to a real person instead of a bot. I had numerous conversations with a representative who was incredibly helpful. I needed to change my delivery address for the dining table since it took longer to arrive, and this was easily handled. We did face additional issues with the dining table; we ordered in May and were told it would be ready in September, which was fine as we weren't in the new house yet. However, when September came, there was a delay. I reached out and quickly received a small compensation for the wait. I was informed it would arrive in October, and while I had to ask for updates, they were always quick to respond. I would have preferred to be kept informed without having to ask, but I was pleased with their responses. When the table arrived, it was incorrect due to a mix-up at the manufacturer. Again, I received a prompt response and apology from the service, along with further compensation, and three weeks later, I finally had my table, which I am very satisfied with.
