Sadly, I’ve not had a good experience at all. We paid over £850 for the unit, and it arrived damaged, with none of the legs fittings provided. It then took a few weeks for it to be collected and a replacement delivered.The second unit arrived also damaged, with the front visibly bashed in. They offered me an £80 discount and suggested I hire a handyman to sort it out, which I found completely ridiculous. I told them I would only accept £150, which they eventually agreed to, but I’m still not sure I made the right decision, as the dent continues to annoy me.For furniture at this price, you’d expect it to be perfect. I’ve spent so much time writing emails and sending photos, videos that the whole process simply hasn’t been worth it. I definitely won’t be using them again.
