The product is beautifully crafted, high quality, and matches what was shown online. We ordered a cake stand along with our dining and coffee tables; unfortunately, one of the slabs arrived damaged, but the replacement was sent promptly. I utilized the chat feature, which connected me to a real person instead of a bot. I had several conversations with a representative who was extremely accommodating. I needed to update my delivery address for the dining table, as it took longer to arrive, and this process was seamless. We did encounter additional issues with the dining table. We placed the order in May and were informed it would be ready in September, which was acceptable since we weren't yet in the new home. However, when September arrived, there was a delay. I managed to reach out and was quickly offered a small compensation for the inconvenience. They informed me it would arrive in October, and although I had to follow up for updates, their responses were always prompt. I would have preferred to be kept informed without needing to ask, but I was satisfied with their communication. When the table finally arrived, it was incorrect due to a mix-up at the manufacturer. Again, I received a swift response and apology from the service, along with additional compensation, and three weeks later, I finally had my table, which I am very happy with.
