However, upon receiving my package, I was asked to pay customs charges, which contradicts the information on the website. I requested to return the product and receive a full refund, but have not yet received a satisfactory response. The contact number is out of service. I cannot recommend this store due to their lack of transparency and failure to honor their terms.
