Awful customer service and a really poor product!! Bought a pair of Outlier One Plus headphones. They do not connect via USB, downloaded the latest firmware and it locked up my PC running Windows 10. It took several attempts to connect via bluetooth, and then my PC locked up when I tried and failed to transfer 1 MP3 track! Contacted customer support to return them and they kept responding with further technical support! After hours of trying to connect them and following every piece of their support the headphones still do not work as advertised and Creative are refusing to say they are faulty. Very disappointing. This matter has been ongoing for 5 days and I'm still no nearer any resolution.
