I placed an order for 8 motion lights on 29 November 2025, but I only received the package on 19 January 2026, despite being in Denmark while the service advertised itself as Swedish. To my surprise, the package included only 4 lights instead of the 8 I ordered. I reached out to the support team right away and shared photos. On 23 December 2025, they acknowledged in writing that 4 items were missing and assured me they would ship them. However, nothing has been sent. After multiple follow-ups, the company altered their story, now claiming that all items were delivered. I have yet to receive a response to my most recent email. I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank. It became evident that the shipment originated from China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
