The lights that I received did not match the ones advertised on the web. The stand was smaller and not very practical. The solar panels are about half size advertised. When I complained I was asked to send them back to China! Eventually I advised the credit card company of the issues and they instigated a refund. CL are a con.
I placed an order for 8 motion lights on 29 November 2025, but I only received the package on 19 January 2026, despite being in Denmark while the service advertised itself as Swedish. To my surprise, the package included only 4 lights instead of the 8 I ordered. I reached out to the support team right away and shared photos. On 23 December 2025, they acknowledged in writing that 4 items were missing and assured me they would ship them. However, nothing has been sent. After multiple follow-ups, the company altered their story, now claiming that all items were delivered. I have yet to receive a response to my most recent email. I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank. It became evident that the shipment originated from China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
I'm not sure about the quality of the spotlights I purchased. They don't match the size shown in the advertisement; the solar panels are smaller, and the arms have a different configuration that's less adaptable. When I mentioned this on social media, my comments were removed immediately, twice. I recommend avoiding this product.

Since elemental mercury is silver, this representation seemed incorrect. The response I received was nonsensical — they claimed the mercury sample was dyed orange for 'safety reasons.' This reasoning is flawed, as dyeing mercury does not reduce its toxicity, and it is contained within an acrylic base, eliminating any risk of exposure. As a PhD chemist, I find their explanation unconvincing, leading me to lose confidence in the company. I strongly advise against engaging with this seller!

I regret not checking the reviews before making a purchase. The website claims to be a Swedish company, but the products are manufactured in China and are of poor quality. Returns are not fully refundable; they only offer $20 back on an $87 product or a credit to buy more of their items. It's shameful.
I am quite underwhelmed. It has been over a week since I placed my order, and there's no sign of delivery. The company claims to be based in Sweden, but the products are from China, which should be clearer. The event I needed the item for has already passed, so I will likely return it. Very disappointing. Update as of November 29: 21 days since payment, still no delivery. They say they can't find the shipment and have shipped it again, providing a new tracking number. I doubt this is standard practice. I requested a refund, but I have to wait for delivery first... I might need to pursue a chargeback.
I have never experienced such disappointment with a product and the customer service. I ordered a butterfly light that arrived in pieces. They sent a replacement without inquiry, but that one was defective too. I requested a refund and offered to return the faulty items, but they ignored my request. This company is awful, and their products are substandard. Every customer should have the right to a refund for unsatisfactory goods. Ignoring customers is unacceptable.
