After three months of payments, the work remained incomplete and not ready for launch. The templates provided were merely early drafts that needed significant additional work, and key deliverables promised in the initial proposal were not fulfilled. When I voiced concerns, an additional charge was made to my credit card without my consent. Communication ceased, and the owner even changed his email, causing further issues. I am now pursuing legal action to recover the £8000 lost. I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
