We engaged this company for a website redesign and upgrade. The project started reasonably well, but partway through, the key team member who was leading the work left the business.
Unfortunately, the handover was extremely poor. The new team lacked the skills, organisation, and communication needed to deliver the project. Progress stalled, the quality dropped significantly, and it became clear the project was not going to be completed to an acceptable standard.
We ultimately had to stop the project, resulting in a loss of USD $2,500 with no usable outcome.
To make matters worse, we later discovered that this company used our business as a case study in their advertising without our consent, which we consider highly unprofessional and unethical.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise other business owners to think carefully before engaging this company, especially for long-term or critical projects.
