I was having problems in downloading a certain font, a duo font actually, so I tried to contact Creative Fabrica Support for help. True enough, Gabriela emailed me and offered to help me with my concern. It took us a few days, with Gabriela doing everything while I give my feedback on it. Then at last, I was able to download both fonts and use it in my Silhouette Studio and Paint apps. I am more than a 100% satisfied with the support I got.
