There was no clear notice that the trial would convert into a paid annual subscription or that any charge would occur before the trial ended.I am a lawyer based in Germany, and this kind of practice is not compliant with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), which require explicit consent before any paid subscription starts.I contacted support and requested a full refund and cancellation. If not resolved promptly, I will proceed with chargeback through my bank and report this to the German consumer protection authority (Verbraucherzentrale).Be careful with this platform — they charge you even during the “free” trial without transparent warning.and I stayed within that limit — only 10 downloads in total.
