No one online answers a question faster than Creative Fabrica--even if it's a very non-important question. And every time they have been helpful and friendly. Everything I get from CF goes into a CF folder, so that I know where I got it. I also keep machine embroidery files in sub-folders by vendor/digitizer, but didn't think to do that for graphics until recently. CF's main flaw is that there is no vendor list or any way to search for a vendor, unless you have a current file by that vendor. If they no longer have it, there is no way to find them. So I asked how I could find what I was looking for and also suggested they add Designer to their search. I wrote CF an email about that on 2025-10-30 15:13 and got a reply on 2025-10-30 15:19. Considering that sometimes I don't get any response to comments or questions from some sites, I found 6 minutes absolutely amazing. My next email on same day (and previous emails) got a form letter back acknowledging receipt of mine, saying they would respond. They did by Nov.1, and always do respond in one or two days. (They addressed each comment and question in the second email, too.)Turns out that I already knew their current search method, but I was told that my suggestion to add Designer to their search was "shared with the relevant team." We'll see if they implement it. I hope so.This was the first time I ever got such a fast reply, but they have always answered, even my lamest questions, promptly and politely. I truly appreciate that.
