I signed up for a years subscription and accidently clicked on the button for another extra year. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they obliged very quickly and refunded me. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is too easy to click the link and be charged without warning. I suggest C.F. have a warning message come up to ask the user are they sure and then have an option to carry on or not to save any stress it causes like it did for me. Otherwise the company is great to use and recommended.
