I was surprised by a unknown charge on my PayPal account. The agents, who were very friendly, contacted me daily to keep me informed of their efforts to get to the bottom of this matter. It only took a few days to get the money back in my account. It was so refreshing to have the whole interaction feel so kind and helpful rather than the usual adversarial relationship that usually builds when dealing with mistakes and refunds.
