I have been with Creative Fabrica for a few years now and have not been disappointed. The files and fonts are great. I can always find what I need. My only wish would be, if after we've extended our membership for another year - that option would no longer appear for us. I've seen it happened to others and it just happened to me recently. I had to charges for $47 on my statement. I will say though that they took care of the problem extremely fast! I emailed them late in the evening. I had a response the next morning that they would look into it. It wasn't much longer and I received another email showing my $47 was being refunded. I really like how quickly they do respond to our emails, they are always right there to help! I told my husband I wanted a year subscription for my birthday - after that first year I have kept renewing because it's worth it! I don't need to go to Etsy and buy a file, I can always find what I need with Creative Fabrica! Try it, you'll get addicted to them!
