This review is regarding customer service. I clicked on the thing for the free trial, but somehow it charged me $47 (whole year access) and then ANOTHER $47 for the following year. Maybe there was some fine print that I missed but most free trials are truly free for a few days and if you don’t cancel within the timeframe they charge you. This is wasn’t that. I reached out to customer service, it took a couple of days to get it corrected but they refunded both charges and I’m so grateful and based on that I had good experience. I’m more likely to try them out based on that. I took away one star because I think they need to be way transparent and clear about charges up front. Thanks for taking care of my problem!
