Very poor information on the website about cancelling a very expensive annual subscription. Yu get a free trial for 10 days but you can't cancel until after the allotted time is up and they have taken a year's subscription from your account. Also they refuse to refund. Lots of complaints from unhappy people about it. The right to cancel should be made easy to find and not be hidden till after they have take money from you. The bill is deceptive. it says you pay nothing but that is not true. Also the money is taken automatically from your credit card without warning that an amount is going to be taken. Thsi is not a good way to interact with customers.
