I cannot believe what I have experienced with Creative Fabrica, I made a mistake by clicking the wrong button, thinking I was entering a Free Trial period, and found that I had paid for a year's subscription. Being a pensioner I couldn't afford that amount being taken from my account. I quickly sent an email to the 'support', and within a week it has all been sorted, with just contact from two of their employees, I am now receiving a full refund. I cannot recommend this company enough on their customer service. I will be certainly using them again, but will be extra careful on what I "Click" next time.
