I had the problem that I see others have had of not seeing the change that puts the ability to purchase assets as a small text selection rather than the large buttons that were there before. The AI bot was not helpful (as they usually are not). However, there was an option to open a ticket in the bot generated email. Doing so got fast attention from the live support crew and my problem was quickly solved.
