On December 2nd, I encountered a banner promoting a free AI trial and clicked on it. Just as I was about to start my first test, I received an email from a payment service indicating a charge of $47 for a Studio AI. I attempted to find a way to cancel this charge but was unsuccessful. I reached out to the support team, but they did not respond at all. Consequently, I opened a case with the payment service, which was closed on December 12 in favor of the seller due to my failure to cancel on time. How can I cancel if there was no option available? I am extremely disappointed with the payment service for not properly reviewing my situation. I provided a detailed explanation, including images showing the absence of a cancellation option and my transaction history, which clearly indicates the charge occurred on the same day the trial was supposedly initiated. There was no trial period whatsoever. The support from the seller has been very slow, and communication has been far from smooth. Exercise caution with this seller!
