I've encountered numerous situations where a browser refresh led me to click a button and unintentionally make a purchase. I've suggested relocating the "grab deal" button and implementing a confirmation step for all purchases, yet no changes have been made. I am extremely upset that funds were taken from me without any confirmation of my buying intent, and I've reported this to the appropriate authorities. I will keep raising awareness about this company's refusal to implement measures to avoid accidental purchases. Additionally, since the company declines to address these issues, there should be a system for prompt refunds. I spoke with support and was overwhelmed with emotion, as I am disabled and on a very tight budget, and couldn't reach anyone who could reverse a charge that could have easily been avoided.
