I was charged for a subscription I did not clearly intend to purchase. I signed up thinking it was a trial, but the payment was processed immediately. I reached out to the support team as soon as I noticed the charge. I canceled the subscription right away and asked for a refund. I have not used the service, apart from a very limited trial action, and I feel this charge was not communicated clearly. The subscription process is confusing and can easily result in unintended payments. I am currently waiting for a complete refund. I will update this review based on how the support team addresses the issue. Transparency is important. Accidental charges need to be resolved more quickly and clearly.
