I had an issue where I was charged for a yearly Studio AI subscription while testing a tool — the upgrade/paywall wasn’t clear enough in the moment, and it was easy to activate the paid plan unintentionally. I strongly suggest improving the payment confirmation and pricing visibility before activation so other users don’t get surprised by a charge.
That said, customer support responded quickly and handled my refund without trouble, which I appreciate. Good service — but the subscription trigger flow should be clearer and safer for users.
