My Creative Fabrica subscription is valid until April 2026 and was previously set to cancelled status, meaning it was not supposed to auto-renew.
However, without any action from me, the subscription status automatically changed to active, and a renewal popup (which I never clicked) charged my card twice yesterday and once again today.
Yesterday, when I contacted support, I was informed that:
Both of yesterday’s transactions were refunded, and
My subscription was marked as cancelled.
However:
I have received a refund for only one of the two transactions from yesterday.
My subscription was never actually marked as cancelled, which resulted in another charge today.
Because of these repeated unexpected charges and the automatic popup behavior, I am now afraid to use Creative Fabrica at all.
I kindly request:
Immediate refund of the remaining transactions.
Written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and will not auto-renew.
Clarification on why my subscription status changed without my consent.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
