This is a predatory company, do not use them! I signed up for the free trial period and magically got charged for a year subscription that I never signed up for. I'm seeing here many people are having the same experience but they got a refund. I emailed immediately and was told I wouldn't be charged by Alex from Customer Support but I was charged anyway. When I replied to see about a refund I was told by Diana from customer support that I wouldn't get one and to read the terms. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR ANY MEMBERSHIP BUT WAS CHARGED!!! I put the complaint through Paypal which states if I want a refund to go through the company as that is faster ... but of course because you have to choose just the right thing I am getting nothing back. I will never use this company again and I have and will continue to tell everyone how horrible they are. Don't sign up for the free trial they will charge you and clearly I am NOT alone!
