I was referred to them through another service. It's been an ongoing nightmare trying to reach them. They rarely answer phone calls and take ages to respond to emails or texts. The customer service skills are lacking, and they struggle with even simple requests or instructions. I won't be using them again!
I had a wonderful experience with the service. They have been here multiple times over the past few months, assembling and fitting a large amount of flatpack furniture for me. I am thrilled with the results. They are extremely responsive, maintain a clean workspace, can accommodate quickly, and are a pleasure to work with. The entire team is professional, and they made my wardrobes look custom-built. I would highly recommend them.
The communication was somewhat poor and inconsistent. It took three visits to resolve everything due to misunderstandings. However, they eventually completed all the requested work. The team was absolutely superb! Their pricing was fair too. If communication were better, I would definitely consider using them again and recommend them based on the quality of work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was let down for the assembly of furniture on a scheduled day, despite paying a significant amount for it. They miscommunicated with the referral service and do not respond to emails, phone calls, or texts. I am receiving a refund. You can find better and cheaper options online.
I would not recommend this service at all. I paid for the service and explained what needed to be done, spent two days preparing, and even disposed of my kids' old bed for their arrival. They were two hours late, and when I finally reached someone, I encountered a rude and unhelpful response about the work. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service.
