DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I left my whole life in storage in Swansea from spring 2023 till December 2025 paying £220 a month. I paid the insurance, feeling secure in my property being safe indoors.
There was a flood in my locker!
Took videos, photos and filled out all the claim forms, only to be told by all the insurance companies detailed on their paperwork, no longer insure them!
This was confirmed after many emails, calls and visits to Storage Giant, ignored still to this day by their supposed claims team:

This 'team' is non existent, their insurance policy is non existent.
The public facing staff who work in their facilities are told to say, "sorry but the claims are nothing to do with us, we only have the same email address as you."
In their paperwork it states, the claims team will contact you within 10 days of forms being submitted by email.
They have failed to respond, despite the claims team being included in every email I have sent to the insurance underwriters on their paperwork amd website.
They will have seen these insurance companies clearly telling me they no longer insure them.
Still I have heard nothing from them, it's now nearly February 2026.
It's disgusting.
I'm now having to pay £200 to start a small claims court case to try and be compensated for the loss of my belongings.
