They attract you with low prices and quick delivery, only to inform you later that an additional £500 is needed to release the copyright. Had this been made clear earlier, I might have stayed with them. Since it wasn’t mentioned until the logo was done, it felt like a deceptive business practice. The work was good, but I prefer to pay someone transparent about pricing in the future. I have reported this to the bank and action fraud.
