Be cautious, as you will end up paying much more than initially advertised for a logo. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They attract you with low prices and quick delivery, only to inform you later that an additional £500 is needed to release the copyright. Had this been made clear earlier, I might have stayed with them. Since it wasn’t mentioned until the logo was done, it felt like a deceptive business practice. The work was good, but I prefer to pay someone transparent about pricing in the future. I have reported this to the bank and action fraud.
SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS SERVICE! I paid £99.00 and received ideas that looked like a school project. The subsequent designs were better but still unprofessional. I requested to stop and receive my preferred choice, but was told I needed to register the logo through them, costing up to £350 to complete. I was advised to inform my bank to halt the transaction as they are con artists, and the entire process could take up to 6 months. SCAM!
This company is a scam; they took £1000 from me and blocked all my calls. The representative was extremely rude, laughing at me when I mentioned reporting them, claiming I couldn’t do anything. There’s so much to say, but it feels pointless. Avoid this company at all costs!
