I cant get refund for my subscription. I contacted them via email and they said they refunded but no money yet for 3 weeks. My bank confirmed it was not refunded. The overall "software" is very raw doesn't worth its money. The idea is great but there is no good implementation. Guys before charging people make sure your product is good and you have proper support team in place. Still hope to get my money back.
