As many have noted, the product quality has greatly declined since they created their own editor. I agree with those who believe the decision-makers should be held accountable. Their advertisements can’t be trusted. I tried it out, and customer support is nearly non-existent. This company seems to be heading towards failure.
This service was once great for ad templates, but the latest update has completely destroyed it. The removal of Canva integration in favor of their own editor has made it slow, buggy, and frustrating. It disrupts the entire workflow. Currently, it’s only good for basic ad ideas. Without Canva, the software is not useful.
I signed up to see if this service could assist me in creating static ads. The process was cumbersome and ineffective. I didn't utilize any ads from the platform and spent less than 10 minutes on it. I found a much better and more efficient method for ad creation. My request for a refund was declined. I advise caution when using this service and recommend exploring simpler, more affordable alternatives.
