Grateful for outstanding care

We have been with this service since they opened after previously being with another provider (we were there on day one with our Frenchie). I truly cannot fault the care our pet has received. The vet has treated her for allergies, removed tumors, performed a toe amputation, and most recently conducted eye removal surgery. Throughout every procedure, the level of precision, care, and professionalism has been remarkable. What sets this vet apart is that even after significant surgeries, the outcomes have been managed with such care that she still looks great—her skills are fantastic. That attention to detail, both medically and cosmetically, speaks volumes about her pride in her work. Communication and decision-making have always been clear, calm, and compassionate. While this service is on the pricier side, we have never felt rushed or pressured, and discussions are always about what is best for our pet. In stressful situations, that kind of confidence makes a huge difference. The wider team is equally excellent—everyone is kind and genuinely invested in the animals they care for. Our pet is treated as an individual at every visit, and this consistency is incredibly reassuring compared to our previous experience. There are other veterinary subscription models that offer more on paper, but what matters most is trust, clinical skill, and continuity. On those fronts, this service has been exceptional, and we are very happy to be with them. The app is also improving, and a feature to track health records and reminders for preventative care would be beneficial. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this service—the standard of care, clinical skill, and genuine compassion shown to both pets and owners is outstanding.
