Instead of fulfilling my request, the representative criticized how I had set up my auto-payments. My request was overlooked, and the call ended without resolving the issue. While she was lecturing me, my only reply was 'okay,' yet before hanging up, the representative said 'f@ck you.' This behavior is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. This was a straightforward request, and I should not have been treated in such a rude or dismissive way. The way I was handled was unnecessary, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful.
