My application with the service took 18 months to finalize — much longer than anticipated. Case managers kept changing, communication was poor, and I felt anxious and powerless. They attributed delays to issues I had resolved early on, and the process dragged into another financial year due to their inaction — not mine. At no point did they take real accountability or offer an apology. If you’re considering using this service, be cautious and ask detailed questions. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
