I signed up with them, but they failed to contact many of the debts on my account. Now I'm stuck paying them for three more years while also having to pay thousands to companies that were part of my initial assessment, which the service did nothing about. By the time they reached out (four months after I started paying), those companies found a way to bypass the agreement. The support team offered no help, advice, or support—only threats of bankruptcy if I didn't make all these payments, including what I owe them. I have not received an apology, and I'm in a worse financial situation than before. I filed a complaint six months ago and am still waiting for a response. Recently, they have been calling me six times a day to pressure me into increasing my monthly payment, despite knowing my financial struggles. I requested they stop calling and communicate via email nine months ago, but I continue to receive constant phone calls. Emailing them yields no response; they just spam my phone while I’m at work. I even forwarded them six ignored emails from the past three months. This service can't manage basic tasks.
