Spoke with Sarvesh this evening in the Customer Contact team regarding a query on my account. Sarvesh has been very helpful in escalating my query to the relevant team(S) for further clarification and provided excellent customer service and communication on this occasion.
Called the other day and spoke with Gary who was so helpful during my phone call. He had such great information to tell me and was so detailed with every step of the phone call.
He definitely went above and beyond and I left the call feeling so much more informed and happy. 11/10

Very happy to have come to the end of the arrangement. Though there were some technical issues, I was supported very well by the staff at CreditFix.
Today's customer service agent, Keertisha Seeram, was very helpful, communicated clearly what was happening next as my IVA was complete, and sent helpful emails out to make it all official.

I want to express my gratitude for the assistance received over the past 6 years in getting out of debt. Without this support, I doubt I would have resolved my financial issues. I signed up with them, but they failed to contact many of the debts on my account. Now I'm stuck paying them for three more years while also having to pay thousands to companies that were part of my initial assessment, which the service did nothing about. By the time they reached out (four months after I started paying), those companies found a way to bypass the agreement. The support team offered no help, advice, or support—only threats of bankruptcy if I didn't make all these payments, including what I owe them. I have not received an apology, and I'm in a worse financial situation than before. I filed a complaint six months ago and am still waiting for a response. Recently, they have been calling me six times a day to pressure me into increasing my monthly payment, despite knowing my financial struggles. I requested they stop calling and communicate via email nine months ago, but I continue to receive constant phone calls. Emailing them yields no response; they just spam my phone while I’m at work. I even forwarded them six ignored emails from the past three months. This service can't manage basic tasks.
The team is extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. They handled my case with compassion and are always available on the phone for support and advice. One representative was particularly kind during a recent call, showcasing excellent customer service, truly deserving of 5 stars. 🌟
