They totally blindsided me into my budget costs by pretending the call was for something else then just telling me the amounts i probably spend. I was so confused, I’m diagnosed with acute anxiety I started crying and now they are saying I owe £130 more per month. I also sent a full and final offer in months ago which they will not give me a proper response on at all. They are absolute charlatans and if I need to go to court I will.
