When I first signed with this company they were really good. They also told me to write a good review! But I've just had the most vile woman on the phone because my payment is a couple of days late as I get paid every last Friday. She demanded that I send her my payslip to prove that I get paid on Friday and was insisting that I make some kind of payment today even though I pay them tomorrow! I told her I'd rather just pay tomorrow in full and she insisted that it was "for my best interest" that I make some sort of payment today. I told her I only have £20 left in my account and I'd rather pay in full tomorrow and she actually said: it's 4.10pm and you get paid tomorrow, what could you possibly need that £20 for... absolutely vile and reduced me to tears on the phone. Then demanded an explanation as to why my payment was late and then proceed to insinuate I was lying about my reason. Absolutely vile customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Everyone has a different reason for debt. It's not always black and white. It's even worse with the current cost of living that they haven't even accounted for...
