I’ve had the worst 4 years so far with creditfix, I had a call in 2020 during the pandemic when I was at my lowest, from a man with an Asian accent, claiming to be ‘Chris’. Who told me they can get me out of debt & relieve the stress & worry. And the main selling point, was that I can apply to have my IVA written off within a few payments. They came back & told me I owed nearly double what I thought, to creditors I’d never heard of. At the time I was depressed & at the lowest point of my life, so I didn’t think about it & agreed. This company then told me they would pass my details on to creditfix & then would only be contactable by WhatsApp. They then changed the goal posts & said laws have changed so they can’t write my IVA off early, then low & behold they go missing & can’t contact them anymore. Creditfix started off really helpful, but in the last year or so, I’ve had minimal contact, can never get hold of anyone on the phone & in January they just put my payments up without my review being done. It took me weeks, multiple calls & emails to even speak to anybody. Wish I never started this it’s been utter hellI’d like to know why creditfix allow these third party companies to give them your details exactly?
