I pay my balance always immediately, how ever it takes credit geni a full week another end to process my payment. Unacceptable!!! I think its wrong to do that , my vanknis very fast. Credit geni keeps in a past due status even when my bank states that credit geni was paid. I really don't wish to do business with out a customer service telephone number either. Terrible company credit geni is.I plan to ditch them asap.
