Complete scam. They have tried to bill me many times before im actual payback date. If I didn't have two bank accounts I would have went into the - this app is trash!!!
I've been experiencing significant difficulties obtaining cash advances using my debit card. Back in October, I managed to get a cash advance, but it never reflected on my debit card, even though I was charged for it. I attempted to do this again now, and the same issue occurred. I've reached out for assistance, but no one has responded to me.
I have used this site before, and it worked out well. This time, I can't say so. I had pulled a cash advance, and the date was set for the 27th. Later down the line, I changed the date to the 29th of October because I realized I wasn't getting paid on the 27th. I did that a week in advance. I went to check on Halloween, and they changed the date to November 3rd without telling me. I checked November 4th and 5th, and it just says it is being collected. I have sent in MULTIPLE TICKETS ADDRESSING THE ORDEAL, and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I just would like to pay and delete my account because this is very unprofessional, and they do not have a phone number either, and that makes it super sketchy.
I pay my balance always immediately, how ever it takes credit geni a full week another end to process my payment. Unacceptable!!! I think its wrong to do that , my vanknis very fast. Credit geni keeps in a past due status even when my bank states that credit geni was paid. I really don't wish to do business with out a customer service telephone number either. Terrible company credit geni is.I plan to ditch them asap.
Yes I been with credit genie for a while but I was having problems with my back. So the terminated my services but I wanna pay back what I owe so.
