I have used this site before, and it worked out well. This time, I can't say so. I had pulled a cash advance, and the date was set for the 27th. Later down the line, I changed the date to the 29th of October because I realized I wasn't getting paid on the 27th. I did that a week in advance. I went to check on Halloween, and they changed the date to November 3rd without telling me. I checked November 4th and 5th, and it just says it is being collected. I have sent in MULTIPLE TICKETS ADDRESSING THE ORDEAL, and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I just would like to pay and delete my account because this is very unprofessional, and they do not have a phone number either, and that makes it super sketchy.
