Appalling at helping you if you have a problem.
If you write to their MD he will only pass you on to customer services who can't even get your details correct and will e mail your account exec , mine had left 3 weeks prior to their mail but still copied her in. Dreadful don't go anywhere near them.

Normally banks provide just enough service to not break the law. This bank does not give a flying donkey. While cancelling the card they DISABLED DIGITAL BANK ACCOUNT, then, after a month, reenabled it, but REVOKED a card, which was paid for till end of January.Such jesters.
Credit Mutuel will not accept a money transfer to a foreign (i.e. non french bank) bank account without a RIB ("Relevé d'Identité Bancaire"). This is ludicrous. RIBs are for french banks only. None of the other banks in the world have a RIB, and Credit Mutuel will not accept any other transfer instructions (ABA...). This means you are out of luck if you need to move money out!
It has been now 2 weeks since my first email sent to the crédit mutuel with a very simple question I would have thought.I received within 24 hours an automatic (looks like reply) that an agent will get back to me ASAP.As I mentioned 2 weeks and still no reply .What a jokeI will never bank with those guys ever.
I highly appreciated my bank advisor Madame SERHANE because she is always available to reply and give some advises when I am having a trouble at my bank account. She always try her best to help me as soon as she can. I would recommend her as a bank advisor. She's the BEST! ❤🥰
