The claims process is incredibly frustrating. The form is poorly designed, with unsearchable dropdown fields. The web app shows covered passengers but forces individual submissions without remembering any previous entries. The form is tailored for a specific region, lacking clarity for different users. Field names are misleading, and submissions take ages. It's ridiculous. We won't be using this service again.
This company is terrible, employing shady practices. I've emailed more than 20 times without a response. When I call, they promise to get back to me, but I hear nothing. The whole experience has been appalling, and I have no idea what's going on with their customer service.
